Our original Platinum Rum rests in a spirit tank and spiced with seven different natural spices along with staves from a Charred Oak American Barrel. This spirit travels along the pallet leaving traces of vanilla, clove, ginger, orange peel, all spice, black pepper, star anise, cinnamon spice and a slight whiskey hue on the finish.
